Boroughs Barbershop in Salt Lake City, Utah was created in August 2021 by Bruno Dos Santos, a multi-disciplined barber, and stylist with over 15 years in the industry. He is dedicated to providing a relaxed and welcoming environment to the LGBTQ community as well as anyone else who doesn’t feel comfortable in a traditional barbershop environment.
